Sanction to the retention in service, of Sardar Nihal Singh, late Mir Munshi of the Kashmir Residency Office for the periods during which he was actually performing the duties of his appointment subsequent to the date on which he was granted a medical certificate of incapacity for further service. Intimation to the Resident in Kashmir that Nihal Singh should have submitted the medical certificate on the day that it was granted or on the following day at the latest, and that he should neither have applied for nor been given privilege leave after he had received the certificate. Decision that Nihal Singh's service after the date of certificate cannot be allowed to count for pension and that he cannot be allowed to retain the allowances drawn by him in respect of the privilege leave to which he was not entitled
