Decision that in the case of a pensioner who is re-employed in Government service or in the service of a local fund and who commutes a portions of his pension before or after such re-employment the amount which the pensioner is entitled to draw under the rules in chapter XXI of the Civil service regulations shall be the amount to which he would have been entitled under those rule’s had there been no commutation less the amount commuted. Amendment of rule 15 of the rules relating to commutation of pensions.
