Civil Defence Deptt.- Proposal that old rules should apply to all clerical staff in the ..........who have been in continuous service since the 15-7-31. Decision as conveyed in this Deptt. O.M.No.1969-Ex.I/42, dated 11-4-42, that as a war measure with effect from 1-4-42 all clerical posts shall carry the old scales of pay for those who would be entitled to them if they had been serving in corresponding posts in any of the older Deptts. and the revised scales of pay for those who would not be so entitled.
