Conservators of Forests 2nd and 3rd grades, held eligible for the special additional pension of Rs. 1,000 a year, subject to the condition that the concession will not be admissible in the event of their voluntary retirement before the completion of 28 years of qualifying service, Remarks on the proposal made by the Secretary of State to attach a similar condition to the additional pensions admissible under Article 475 and 643 of the Civil Service Regulation.
