In-certain of new rule 94-B in the fundamental rules and note under Article 204 of the civil service regulations so as to provide that a Govt. servant paid from military estimates who is temporary transferred to service paid from civil estimates (including service in a tenure posts) remains subject to the rules which would be applicable to him but for his temporary transfer.
