Insertion of a new Rule 94-B in the Fundamental Rules and Note under Article 204 of the Civil Service Regulations so as to provide that a Government servant paid from Military Estimates who is temporarily transferred to service paid for from Civil Estimates (including service in a tenure post) remains subject to the rules which would be applicable to him but for his temporary transfer.
