In-certain of a new rule 6A in the rules governing the leave of chaplain of the Indian Ecclesiastical establishment. Incorporation of the chaplain leave rules in the general redraft of the fundamental rules which will apply exclusion to the services which will continuance under the control of secretary of state in after the making of civil service (classification control and appeal) rules.
