General Provident Fund:-Question to the reason why when the amount of deposit in the ________ is on a subscriber’s death before retirement payable to the nominee in the declaration a policy of insurance which the subscriber only have taken out should in the event of his death in service be reassignment in favour of the legal representations of the decreased subscribers estate instead of in favour of the nominee in the declaration.
