Decision that an officer who to entitled to three months notice under section BI(B) of the Retrenchment Terms but who retires from the service before the expiry of three months beginning from the day following that on which he served with notice of discharge will only be eligible to draw his pension after the expiry of the three months refereed to and not fresh the actual date of retirement C.F. Article 436 and 930 (1) C.S.R.
