Amendment of the Indian Coal Mines Regulations, 1926 so as to require mine-owners to forward to the Chief Inspector of Mines in India on or before the first day of March each year a return in Form II-A giving figures of the total number of persons employed in coal mines as recommended by the Royal Commission on Labour.
