Questions in Parliament regarding imports into India of uncertified cotton piece-goods from Japan through Cutch and other Indian States with a view to evading the quota restrictions. Co-operation of the Indian States in regard to the checking of arrivals of cotton piece-goods from Japan and of shipments of raw cotton form India under the Indo-Japanese Trade Agreement. Decision that Cutch is outside the scope of the Convention and Protocol regarding the Commercial Relations between India and Japan
