Decision that handkerchiefs woven in the Piece and not Joined by warp only should be excluded from the requirements of quota certificates in respect of Japanese cotton piece goods under the Indo-Japanese Protocol, 1937. Marking with an asterisk of all such items in the C.B.R. List of cotton piece goods for purposes of the tariff as do not require to be accompanied by quota certificates under the Protocol
