Application by the Chief Commissioner, Ajmer-Merwara to be empowered to make rules under sec.8(2)(a) and (c) of hte Cinematograph Act, 1918, (II of 1918). C.C. informed that the Act should be bought into force first in Ajmer Merwara under section 1(3) of the Act.
