(1) Orders on the question whether civil furlough pay in admirsible to an officer who at the time of his transfer to military employ held no substantive appointment in any Civil Department. (2) Decision that the grant of civil furlough pay in the case of officers drawing less than Rs. 100/-p.m. is not subject to the condition as to extra expense land down in Article 375 Civil Service Regulations
