Sanction to the grant of a jail allowance at the rate of 15 a month to Babu Dhaneswar Bohidar, an officer on foreign service in the Feudatory State of Patna, for the periods during which he discharged the duties of Superintendent of the State Jail. Sanction to the grant, at the discretion of the Government of Bihar and Orissa, of a jail allowance of similar amount to any officer who may be deputed form British service to foreign service in the Patna State and who may be called upon to discharge the duties of Superintendent of the State Jail in addition to his own duties
