Suggestion from the F.A. and C.A.O., S.Rly that over payment to staff upto 1/- even though detected within in year may not be recovered not accepted. Para 353-A-I which permitted waiving of recovery of over payments over one year old by A/Cs officers amended to withdraw this promission
