The F.A. and C.A.O., S.Rly's suggestion that overpayments to staff of up to $1, even when discovered within a year, may not be recovered, is not accepted. Paragraph 353-A-I, which allowed A/Cs officers to waive recovering past-due payments more than a year old, was altered to remove this promission
