Setting up of Territorial Councils in Himachal Pradesh, Manipura and Tripura.-Decisions of the Cabinet:- (1) The President of India will have the power to nominate up four members in each Territorial Council. (2) The Administration of each Union Territory will have the right to address its Territorial Council. (3) The Home Minister may introduce the Bill in Parliament after consulting members of the territories concerned. Approval of the Cabinet to the Legislation of the slum areas (Imorivement and Clearance) Bill, 1956, proposed by the Ministry of Health
