Rathee consisting of an Under Secretary from the Ministry of Finance, Shri Manohar Lal, Assistant Commissioner, Delhi Municipal Corporation and Shri P.L. Gupta, Accounts officer, now Delhi Municipal Committee to collect the basic data prior to the division of the majority of the item and to recommend low major items should be divided between the two bodies- The Committee asked to examine the question of division of personnel as well
