Grant of combined leave for 10 months and 17 days to Major H.H. F.M. Tyler, C.I.E., I.A.R.O., with effect from the 18th September 1920 and his reversion from the Mesopotamian Civil Administration to the Madras Government. Decision that there is no objection to any leave under the Civil Service Regulation in continuation of contract leave being followed by the voyage leave granted by the Mesopotamian Civil Administration for the return journey to India and to the Mesopotamian Administration bearing the alloawance for such voyage leave. Officers to be treated as reverting to British Service on the day on which leave under the Civil Service Regulations begins
