Question whether the condition of three month's notice should be insisted upon if a quasi permanent employee wishes to leave of service. Decision that permanent and quasi permanent Government, Govt-servants should be treated on the same footing in the matter of pay and pension. In the case of permanent Govt servants there is no provision in the rules making it obligatory to give a reasonable notice of their intention to resign their jobs. It is entirely with distention of the Govt to returns him of his duties from the date Consistent to them.
