Views of the Saurashtra Legislative Assembly that the proposals contained in the S.R. Bill are acceptable in general, and in particular, in so far as they provide for the formation of the new State of Gujerat and for matters connected therewith. 2. Suggestion made by the Govt. of Saurashtra that it may be ensured that the new State of Gujerat should continue to receive a Revenue Gap Grant from the Govt. of India for the three remaining Years commencing from 1957-58 at the rate of Rs. 275 lakhs per annum
