Views of the Council of Advisers and electoral College of Kutch State on the S.R. Bill. (1) Representation of Kutch in the proposed interim Legislative Assembly of the new State of Gujerat should be of more than five members (2) Provision should be made in the Bill for special financial assistance by the Centre and the constitution of a development Board for the Kutch area as recommended by the S.R. Commission. (3) The present Govt. servants in Kutch should not be retrenched but absorbed in comparable posts in the new State of Gujarat
