Conduct: Rules and Regulations Rules- Instructions for submission of a statement by each class I and class II regarding real estate owned, acquired, or inherited by Government employees, or held by them under a lease or mortgage in their own names or in the names of any third parties, as required by Rule 15 of the Railway Services (Conduct) Rules 1956. A proposal to have Class III staff submit comparable declarations was taken into consideration but abandoned. Determination that the authority that keeps the secret reports of the involved officers may keep returns of moveable property as required by Rule 15(2) of the R.S. (conduct) Rules 1956
