N.F.I.R. PNM Meeting- Grant of time singing on and Singing off in the case of Loco Shunters- Item 5 of the- meeting with- Board explained of the PNM meeting held on 16/17-2-72 that keeping in view the clearance of NFIR Railways have been advised on 27.10.72 that the total hours of duty of Loco Shunters reflected in roster, which requires handing over and taking over should be indicated when ever after a factual assessment it is found that the handing over and taking over time is in excess of 15 mts. in accordance with HER. The federation selected that this did not meet their requirements. However after discussion they would think about the matter and write to the Board if necessary
