Classification of the shunting staff working at Shamgarh Railway Station of the Western Railway under the Hours of employment Regulations-Paras 6.114 and 6.117 of the award of the Railway Labour Tribunal, 1969 Western Railway asked to conduct a fresh job analysis into the workload of the shunting staff at Shamgarh and to reclassify the conceived staff as continuous if found justified. Railway subsequently also confirmed those the classification of staff has since been changed from EI W continuous
