A.I.R.F. - Demand that all staff in Loco Running Sheds should be classified as Continuous workers and paid overtime at 1/1/2 times the ordinary rate of pay for work done beyond 48 hours a week under the hours of Employment Regulations, Decision that E.I. category, of staff in Loco Sheds proper should be classified as Continuous workers under the Hours of Employment Regulations certain guidelines in this regard were prescribed for Railways. The Southern, S.C. and W. Railways were advised to re-classify certain categories of Continuous workers who were not covered by the Board's orders by undertaking job analysis - Railways implemented the Board's orders
