Subsistance allowance rule 2043(FR 53)-RII question raised as to whether after the first 12months of suspension, the increase or decrease by an amount not exceeding 50.0 should be on the gross amount representing the leave salary. Decided that it should be an amount equal to leave salary which the Rly servant would have drawn if he had been on leave on average pay or on half pay and in addition D.A Normally admissible to him during such leave
