G.I.P Railway Reconstruction of leave accounts in the case of ex N.W.Railways staff who entered service prior to promulgation of the fundamentals leave rules G, M advised that the board have decided that in respect of the ex.N.W Railways staff who are absorbed on Indian Railways and governed by the leaves rules contained in the civil services regulations and in whose cases there us no possibility of getting the leave account from the N.W Railways (Pak) the leave account mat be reconstructed as on the following lines (a) Privilege leave - The Staff may be permitted a carry forwarded of 45% of the Maximum amount that can be accumulated (b) Furlough the staff may be permitted a carry forwarded of 75% of the Maximum furlough that could be earned
