Question whether payment of wages to casual labourers employed in workshops should be on daily or hourly basis Saturday being treated as half-days instead of one day for this purpose. Decision that (1) those casual labourers who work on full restored hours for a whole week including half day on Saturday's night be paid their wages in full on Saturday. (2) In the case of casual labourers who work either for part of a week including Saturday or for Saturday only, they should be paid their wages on hourly rate for the actual hours worked in a week including Saturday based on their weekly restored hours.
