Railway Board's decision that monthly record of journeys made by Railway officers drawing motors car or motor conveyance allowance on official coconut should be reviewed by the controller officer and accounts staff once a year and as a result of above review, any change is sought to be made in the quantum of the allowance then the position should be watched for another 3 consecutive months before making the change. II. The Railway board also decided that the motor car allowance of Rs. 100/- P.M attached to the posts of chief Medical officer, / district medical officers madras should continue
