1) Decision that motor car allowance should be based on the status of an officer, the extent and nature of travelling to be done, etc., and that present incumbents of posts should be allowed to draw the existing allowance which should be considered when their successors are appointed. 2) Continuance to their successors the existing rate of motor car allowances admissible to present incumbents of posts of :- (a) Commissioner of Police, Civil and Military Station, Bangalore. (b) District Superintendent of Police, Secunderabad. 3) Increase of the motor car allowance of the Political Resident, Persian Gulf, from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 150/- p.m. pending the Provision of a motor car. 4) Fixation of motor car allowance to Rs. 150/- per each for the senior and Additional Superintendents of Police, Peshawar
