Fixation of pay of running staff who fail to conform to the requisite standard of physical fitness and who are absorbed in alternative employment. Orders issued inserting a note under para 150AR1 to the effect that the term former emoluments in the case of running staff will also include 50% of their pay, as defined in Rule 2003(21)(a)(i) RII, in lieu of running allowance. This amendment will have effect from 17.8.53 but no arrears prior to the date of issue of these orders (i.e. 2.9.1958) will be paid and cases settled prior to 17.8.53 will not be re-opened
