Jangde Shri. On September 13, 1956, the Lok Sabha considered Unstarred Question No. 1814, which was about (i) the Railway School at Bilaspur. (ii) the explanations for collecting fees from kids whose parents work in agriculture. The decision was made to grant the non-railway students enrolled in Madhya Pradesh's Railway Schools the following concessions in compliance with the state government's policy. (i) Offering educational discounts to children of State and local government officials. (ii) Giving instructors' children who work in accredited schools an educational concession. (iii) The children of landless labourers are exempt from paying fees. (iv) The offspring of farmers who own less than twenty acres of land are exempt from paying fees. (v) Political sufferers' children who own less than 50 acres of land, have no other source of income, and do not pay income or professional tax are exempt from paying fees. The educational concessions granted to the children of teachers mentioned in item (ii) above may also be extended to the children of teachers employed in Railway Schools, provided, however, that a teacher at a Railway School who is receiving benefits under the policy of the State Government will also be eligible to receive any additional tuition assistance under the Educational Assistance Rules. Only those locations where the Madhya Pradesh government offers the aforementioned incentives in its own schools would be eligible for them
