Managers of catering (in uniforms). It was decided that waiters and bearers should wear (i) blue serge closed collar coats and blue trousers for waiters, and (ii) black closed collar coats and white trousers for catering managers in the summer. the supply of summer uniforms for waiters and bearers operating in mobile units should be limited to nine sets annually to allow them to change into new outfits at least once a day. The supply scale for SMs on Guards is based on whether they operate in static or mobile units
