Running Allowance Committee 1980: Reimbursement for drivers' and co-drivers' hours worked in determining O.T.A. It was decided that when drivers and co-drivers are scheduled for combined Mail, Express, and High Speed Train links, the hours worked on the high speed trains should be multiplied by 104/90 and added to the hours worked on the other Mail/Express trains in the link to determine the total number of hours worked and employment. After 104 hours, overtime pay may be awarded at a rate of one and a half times the regular wage, and after 108 hours, double the regular rate of pay
