Regarding the court case of Shri S.M. Mehta Carriage Fitter, NSH, the Hon. Secretary of the Western Railway Employees Consumers Co-Operative Society Ltd. Mehsana has filed a complaint. The Rly. defended the case, and the society did not bear the costs of the lost litigation. A circular was sent to all Rlys advising them to follow the required procedures and confer with the law officer, FA, and CAO prior to engaging in any legal processes
