1. Railway informed demi officially that- i)Legal opinion is that an officer of the Governor General does not diffect from those in agreement with the G.C. in C in whose agreements the words His Majesty do not appear. ii) Lenders of an both Indian parties have guaranteed the employees their existing terms and conditions which covers pension and provident rights and exclude any creation discrimination. iii) Members of sterling Branch of provident fund are covered by interim agreement on sterling balances. iv) Government are not prepared to permit officers to withdraw from their P.F. in any manner other than in accordance with the Rules
