Consideration of whether former employees whose services were terminated in accordance with Rule 148(3)149(3)-R.I. and who are qualified for reinstatement in accordance with orders should be rehired without being required to deposit the P.F. dues already received by them, and if so, how their future P.F. amount and S.C. to P.F. should be determined. Ex-railway employees who are unable to repay their provident fund contributions should not have their reinstatement delayed for this reason, but they should be warned that if they do not do so, their prior service will not count towards retirement benefits when they reach the age of superannuation, regardless of when they left their position. If any former railway employees are unable to pay back the provident fund money in full, they may do so in cash or through manageable installments as determined by the appropriate authority
