Orders issued that a Railway Servant on Leave other than D.P.R should not ordinarily be permitted to accept employment in any office under the Union Government in or Outside India or Under a State Government, and that if grant of permission is considered desirable in any exceptional case, the railways servants will be required to resign his appointment or have his services temporarily transferred from his parent office.
