A.I.R.F. Request information from the General Secretary regarding the proposed Commission to address the issues of future dearness relief, the merging of Dearness Allowance with Basic Pay, and the clarification of the proposed machinery for trade dispute resolution on the railway with regard to the outstanding issues that have not yet been resolved amicably through negotiation and that the Federation has requested be referred to the proposed Joint Standing Machinery. The General Secretary said the Rly. Bd. could comprehend his reference to unresolved matters
