A.I.R.F. Enquiry from the General Secretary regarding the proposed Commission to deal with the question of merger of Dearness Allowance with the basic pay and future of dearness relief and Clarification of the proposed machinery for settlement of trade disputes on the railway in regard to the pending issues not yet amicably settled by negotiation and desired by the Federation to be referred to the proposed Joint Standing Machinery. The General Secretary informed that the Rly. Bd. were enable to appreciate his reference to outstanding issues
