Southern Railway: Payment of overtime beyond 44 hours upto 48 hours a week to the non-artisan categories of the Ticket Printing Factories-Question whether Hours rent and Dearness Allowance should be taken into account for overtime payable under the Departmental Orders. It was clarified that the sanction conveyed in Board's letter No. E/LWA/64-AT-FAC/1-2 dated 10-3-64 did not authorise calculation and payment of departmental was to be calculated on pay and dearness pay where admissible. The orders were given effect to from 18-9-61
