1. Shri S.N. Guha, stenographer, Allahabad, Northern Railway. regarding fixation of pay on his transfer back to the parent office from the Railway service commission, Allahabad where he was deputed as Stenographer in the same grade of Rs. 80-220 and granted certain advance increments. Request for reckoning those advance increments for purpose of fixation of his pay on reversion to parent Railway. Doubt as to whether the higher start of Rs. 160/-p.m. could be reckoned as pay for purpose of fixation of pay on subsequent reversion to parent office of the incumbent, where he no longer had to shoulder the same responsibilities. It is clarification that there is no question of the withdrawal of the advance increments already sanctioned and hence the employees in question are entitled to get this pay fixed on the basis of the last paid drawn in such cases. 2. Shri P.N. Kapoor, ex-Stenographer of RSC, Bombay, W.Railway Decided that the Board do not see any justification to afford him protection of pay drawn by him in scale those 300 (PS) in the RSC's office Bombay on his reversion to the post of Stenotypists grade Rs. 130-300 (AS) on Western Railway
