Instructions that Departmental Council Staff Members may be given following facilities. 1. One day's special causal leave for each meeting of the departmental council (No TA/DA would be admissible for these dajys) and in addition. 2. One day's duty period on the day preceding the day of each meeting of the Departmental Council, for consultations, as this will be treated as duty. TA/DA would be admissible. Necessary instructions were issued to the Railways vide Board's letter No. E(L)71JCM1-9/ dated 16.3.72
