Ref. to the Board of Arbitration under the JCM Scheme on disagreement recorded at the Departmental Council of the Scheme Sub. The Scales of pay of Cangmen should be raised from 70-85 and Rs. 75-89 at present available to Rs. 75-110 A copy of the Award regarding scales of pay of Gangmen placed at S.No. 30. There will be out scale for Gangmen Rs. 75-1-85-2-95 from 1-8-72. Necessary instrucbased the Award have been issued in Board's letter No. E/PandA/II-71tm-8DG Dated 1-11-1973
