Reference No. 7 of the Board of Arbitration concerns the change in the gangmaty pay scale from Rs. 80-110 to Rs. 150-240. The board of arbitration's ruling on Keymen and Gangmats is contained in file No. E (P and A) II/71/8/DC/1. Decision: Based on R.L.T. 1969's proposal, the pay scales for Gangmate and Eymen were revised from Rs. 80-110 (AS) to Rs. 105-135 (AS) and Rs. 75-95 (AS) to Rs. 75-110 (AS), respectively
