Railway that an untrained graduate teacher of Railway School who possess the minimum teaching experience of 5 years in any recongnised school/schools in eligible for promotion to the higher grade applicable to a trained graduate teacher irrespective of whether or not such experience is obtained before or after passing the Degree Ex-minstion
