The Employees' Provident Funds Act of 1952 and the corresponding Scheme are administered by the Ministry of Labour and Employment.Subject to certain requirements, the Ministry of Labour granted an exception from the aforementioned Act and Scheme for all railway establishments. Railway administrations are urged to make sure these requirements are followed
