The question whether any change in the rates of foreign contributions as a result of the promulgation of C.P.C. leave rules is necessary. Decision that the rate of contribution in respect of Railway servants (except Class IV servants) who are governed by State Railway leave Rules (1949) be fixed at 11 percent of pay drawn in foreign service
